This morning I had the opportunity to be a guest on Claudia Santiago’s show. Claudia is an internationally known singing artist, speaker, writer and entrepreneur out of Vancouver, Canada. During the interview we were joined by Victoria Taylor of the UK based Blend Social and Marc Gawith of Rightside.co

Towards the end of the show, Claudia asked me for one tip to help take her well-known offline brand onto the digital platforms. This is a short clip of my response. I think the very same advice, with a few modifications, applies to most of us 🙂
