Sharing a short and powerful video (2-3 minutes) with your audience before doing or saying anything else can be a effective way to grab attention and get your audience sitting on the edge of their seats wanting more. This is especially true if speaking really isn’t your thing and you’re not sure how to start and get your audience’s attention. (note- even though I referenced this as tip #7 in the video it’s really #8)
